referred to as delawarebeachresorts.com, agrees to provide the
advertiser, herein referred to as Subscriber, with online advertisements
according to the rates and terms described on page Advertising
Rates. delawarebeachresorts.com also agrees to provide
24 hour a day online advertising space to the Subscriber as per
the rates and terms described. delawarebeachresorts.com shall not
cancel any Subscriber's advertisement for any reason other than
failure of Subscriber to pay balance of advertisement fees within
five working days after advertisement has been posted on this site, or Subscriber
fails to renew agreement by the end of the advertising term, and/or
cancellation was submitted in writing by the Subscriber. Written
cancellations will be confirmed by delawarebeachresorts.com
within 15 days of receipt. delawarebeachresorts.com will
additionally notify the Subscriber thirty (30) days prior to the
expiration of their agreed upon term of advertisement.
Subscriber agrees to abide by the rates and terms described on
page Advertising Rates. Subscriber
also agrees to render payment in full to Arrow Eagle Productions,
Inc. ©
of agreed upon rate prior to advertisement going
online. Subscriber further agrees that they will provide delawarebeachresorts.com
with a written notice of cancellation either by mail or e-mail, 30
days prior to such cancellation. Each Subscriber who has
contracted for either a Paragraph or Business Card in accordance with the
rates and terms described on page Advertising
Rates, may submit their photo or graphic to delawarebeachresorts.com
via mail, or e-mail. Subscriber will have complete
input on the layout of their advertisement.
delawarebeachresorts.com has the sole right to exclude any
advertisement. No advertisements will be accepted that contain
nudity, vulgarity, profanity, racial or ethnic slurs, and/or is an
advertisement that they believe to be detrimental to the community at
large.
delawarebeachresorts.com shall not be held liable for
interruption of service caused by computer or mechanical failures by Host Service Providers or Internet Service
Providers, the user,
or by acts of nature including storms of any kind. Nor shall
we be held liable for misinformation provided by the Subscriber.
Although delawarebeachresorts.com makes an initial inspection
of any outside site. delawarebeachresorts.com will not be held liable for
any content provided by outside sites,
including our sponsors. |
