Delaware Beaches
Fondly known by admirers as the "Small Wonder," Delaware is the second
smallest state in the nation after Rhode Island. With a population of
only 843,524, this quiet coastal state is rated as the 45th most
populous in the nation. But what Delaware lacks in size, it makes up for
in character. Rooted in colonialism, with its distinction as the first state to ratify
the United States constitution, history-buffs have long vacationed in
Delaware to visit the many historical sites and museums that spin the
story of America's conception. However, as a desire for quiet
beach-vacations along the east coast continues to grow, Delaware, rated
as having some of the cleanest beaches in the nation, is emerging as a
prime vacation-spot along the Atlantic shores.
As more and more
vacationers flock to Delaware's coast for it's clean beaches and miles
of coastline, timeshares are emerging as a popular vacation
option. Timeshares allow vacationers to spend more of their time
exploring the nearly 25 miles of Delaware's pristine coastline, and less
time searching for appropriate accommodation. Timeshare
sales along this brief but charming coastline have blossomed in
recent years as vacationers scramble to secure their own share of this
peaceful shoreline. Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island in particular, have
begun to draw vacationers for their relaxed atmosphere and unending
recreation possibilities.
One of the ways that vacationers are capitalizing on this new market is
through timeshare resale. Timeshare resale simply means that
individuals purchase their share of time at a particular resort from a
previous owner, rather from the resort itself. Buying timeshare resale
can save thousands and might be an option to consider as buying directly
from the resort is generally quite costly. In areas like the Delaware
coastline that are highly desirable yet somewhat limited in terms of
space, buying timeshare resale may be the best option as resorts will
capitalize on this dichotomy and may sell timeshare at significantly
inflated prices.
Another option that many vacationers are considering is timeshare rental.
Renting timeshare will allow
guests to experience the exceptionally clean beaches and captivating
nostalgia of Delaware any time they like, without the commitment of
owning timeshare.
With its pristine beaches to historical museums, Delaware has long drawn
vacationers. Now, many vacationers are turning to timeshares to secure
their own slice of Delaware's crisp sea air and quiet coastal towns
